We can help with paper jams, poor print quality, connectivity issues, any many other commons problems.

We offer scheduled maintenance services for larger office machines.

If you’ve got older office equipment, let us evaluate it and see if we can help you optimize their performance. We’ll always consider each situation and determine an affordable way to get you printing and copying again.

I was in quite the computer dilemma. I borrowed a friend’s laptop to do work in preparation for my wedding and the hard drive crashed. After attempting to figure out the problem myself, I called TCR. They realized my sense of urgency to return the laptop in the same condition as it was given to me. They overnighted a hard drive, replaced it, recovered the files from the old drive, and copied them to the new one—all in a 3 day turnaround. I was more than pleased with their knowledge, courtesy, and service. Tex called me during every phase of the repair. His excellent service gave me a sense of relief as I presented the laptop back to its original owner.
